We offer a highly competitive compensation program with base salary plus bonuses based on revenue growth of Managed Service agreements, projects, and labor. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of service provided within the Managed service agreements
• Coordinate with our engineering team and solution architects to design and develop innovative solutions to customer requirements
• Attend or conduct Technology Business Reviews with managed accounts as needed.
• Perform Full Network Evaluation for all managed service accounts
• Attend any daily, weekly, and/or monthly meetings with Sales Manager and/or CEO
• Resolve critical issues with any client relationships including issues with Accounting, Service, Sales, and Projects
• Client trainings if necessary
• Participate in ongoing strategy meetings
• Attend Intelice sponsored industry, charity, educational events or training events
• Keep up to date on industry related news and technology
• Conduct client onboarding meeting as per the Perfect Client Experience
• Update CRM opportunities and sales funnel daily
• Develop & maintain relationships with Managed Service clients and prospects
• Attend relevant project meetings.
• Assist in any past due collections needed for Managed Service clients.
