Accounts Receivable Clerk - #258953

If you are organized, friendly and detail oriented, please keep reading! All Roads/Norris Honda is searching for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing team onsite in Dundalk, MD. This role is responsible for processing daily customer deposits (75%) and communicating with customer's about their balances (25%) and other needs. You will work independently to make a positive impact by resolving discrepancies and past due balances. Excel experience and prior B2B is a plus. This is a full time, benefits eligible opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for applying payments and credit card transactions in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and posted properly
• Maintain excellent customer service relations with timely and accurate communication internally and externally
• Contact customers by telephone, email and/or mail to determine reasons for overdue payments and review collection policies
• Provide thorough and accurate account updates as information is gathered
• Monitor receivables and generate reports to management as requested
  
  

Required Education And Experience

• Previous accounts receivable experience
• High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Proficient computer skills including Word and Excel, CDK/Intellidealer is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  
  

Pay is $23.00-26.50 per hour
