Havenpark is excited to launch an ongoing internship program, and we're currently seeking an intern to join our Acquisitions team. In this role, the intern will support key functions including underwriting, due diligence, dispositions, and ad-hoc financial analyses. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to real estate investments and develop a strong understanding of the full deal life cycle, from sourcing through disposition.

This internship offers valuable experience for those interested in pursuing a career in real estate, private equity, or investment analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Underwrite individual property and portfolio real estate assets –both new acquisitions and refinancing transactions
  • Analyze portfolio properties and create detailed reports for lenders and investors
  • Coordinate the delivery of due diligence to prospective buyers
  • Contribute to the flow and forward progress of both acquisitions and dispositions
  • Conduct property-level financial, market, and operational due diligence
  • Generate content for investor presentations and newsletters

Qualifications

  • Incoming Senior or Junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, math, or related fields.
  • Experience in financial modeling, using Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Prior real estate investment, investment banking, or private equity experience is a plus, but not required
