Compensation: DOE
Essential Duties:
Bachelor’s degree (BA); or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands:
Frequently sits, uses hands, stoops, kneels, crawls and crouches. Regularly stands, walks, reaches with arms and hands, climbs, balances, talks and hears. Occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
Certificates/Licenses:
CPR and First Aid Certification

Essential Duties:
- Leads by example to create memorable moments by personalizing the member experience and actively promoting a fun, vibrant and social atmosphere at the Club.
- Helps Membership Director in providing tours of the facility to new members and shares details on all programs. Assures that each new member receives an orientation to the related amenities.
- Prepares and monitors annual budget, revenue goals and expenses for the related amenities as well as the development of class and program fees - monitoring trends in our competitive set.
- Works with Management team to create and coordinate an annual club event calendar (non-F&B events), in an effort to build connection and extend member opportunities to gather and enjoy the Club.
- Works with General Manager in developing and overseeing third-party vendor contracts and relationships including, but not limited to fitness, pickleball, etc. Oversees all aspects of third-party contracts to include fees, schedules, services and other areas of the operations.
- Ensures a comprehensive and dynamic schedule of classes, camps and programs are offered for members of all ages and abilities. Monitors all classes, programs and special events and helps when necessary.
- Generates ideas to improve and expand current programs and offerings and continually research opportunities to increase member involvement and increase revenue.
- Provides social media and website content to Communications Manager to promote activities and the social environment of the Club and its amenities.
- Implements policies and procedures for the related amenities including compliance of all company standards relating to quality of products and services.
- Responsible for ensuring overall cleanliness of all athletic and recreation facilities.
- Effectively coordinates all events and activities that may include food and beverage with the Club’s Food and Beverage Director.
- Manages department members that may include, but is not limited to: Fitness Instructors, Personal Trainers, Tennis/Pickleball Staff/Contractors.
- Assures that effective orientation and training are given to each new programming associate.
- Resolves customer service issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitors facilities for continual quality assurance and attention to detail.
- Manages outlet point of sale system, on-line reservation system and other technology to effectively market and communicate to the membership.
- Builds strong member relationships through effective communication.
- Prepares and delivers reports and presentations to the GM as requested.
- Regular and reliable attendance.

- Fitness, pool, personal training and group exercise instruction experience.
- Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (i.e. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
