Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programming to meet individual physical, cognitive, social, and recreational needs
- Design and lead activities and events to promote socialization, mental stimulation, and physical activity
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create a comprehensive care plan for each resident
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Degree in Therapeutic Recreation preferred
- Long Term Care Certification preferred
- At least two years of long-term care experience preferred
