We're looking for a technician eager to develop their career with us, with experience in ADAS calibration and programming, as well as an extensive electrical background. The ideal candidate should be excellent with customer-facing interactions, capable of developing and maintaining strong relationships. We’re seeking someone who is charismatic, has strong technological aptitude, outstanding customer service experience, and assertive communication skills.
Job Description
The Company is seeking a Mobile Technician to perform diagnostic procedures and ADAS calibrations on certain vehicle makes and models while delivering high levels of customer service. This role involves driving and managing a specialized vehicle equipped for on-site calibration services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in calibration, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving to partner auto repair shops to perform ADAS-related diagnostics, calibrations, and repairs
- Representing ADAS Safe professionally as the company's on-site face
- Explaining technical issues clearly to shop staff (often non-technical)
- Identifying and upselling additional services when appropriate (insurance/customer pays, not the shop)
- Working independently in the field, adapting to changing shop conditions and schedules
