Job Summary
Provides administrative/project support to VPs and/or leaders for Accreditation and Clinical Excellence.
Manages some or all aspects of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Responsible for project management and support which includes the collection, management and distribution of project information. Drives task management and follow-up to ensure projects are current and accurately reflects the project state as well as deadlines are met. Responsible for collaborating with project leads/team members to ensure they are updated of any potential issues and risk and provided with that information in a timely manner. Obtains, consolidates and maintains project materials, reports. Coordinates meetings to keep projects assigned on schedule. Coordinates tasks assigned to meet project needs.
Management of material and coordinating all information and request for deliverables to team leadership by deadlines. Should be proactive, possess a can-do attitude and can perform in a fast-paced, multi-task environment. Position will require the ability to work under pressure and react calmly and effectively to challenges. Highly organized, detail oriented and can work independently and interdependently. Team player, who is self-directed, computer literate, neat in appearance and always exhibits professional conduct and discretion. Coordinates all material for meeting, attends meeting and documents minutes from meeting. Coordinates proper approval of information. Ensures follow-up is completed and communication occurs on next steps.
Maintains budget electronic tools to assist leaders in tracking and managing budget. Process documents, prepares reports, trouble shoot issues, reconcile, and collaborates with leaders and finance to ensure proper submission of project budgets assigned. Data entry into various databases and then the coordination, extraction and merging of data to produce reports requested for projects assigned. Assist leadership with tracking, managing FTEs for division as well as any HR request assistance.
This role will manage various and multiple projects that span across the organization and/or division.

- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of project experience, required. Minimum of five years of administrative or senior administrative experience, required. Healthcare Experience, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Some knowledge or exposure of project management practices.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) both internally to the project team and to executives.
- Good relationship management skills that include good listening and consultative abilities, as well as the ability to establish credible relationships with business partners to drive change.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed for project assignments.
- Additional Skills (required): Prior experience managing parts of a project or small sized projects.
