The candidate will perform a variety of administrative functions to support the US Immigration Team’s high-volume operations. This includes hands-on processing, data management, and cross-functional team collaboration in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Job Description
The candidate will perform a variety of administrative functions to support the US Immigration Team’s high-volume operations. This includes hands-on processing, data management, and cross-functional team collaboration in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Process high-volume paper filings, including collating, copying, scanning, distributing for signature, and mailing hardcopy immigration documents.
- Troubleshoot high-volume printing issues and escalate as needed.
- Triage and escalate urgent US immigration cases to appropriate internal teams.
- Track and accurately update case statuses in real time using internal case management software.
- Run and analyze case status reports within case management tools.
- Conduct data audits and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity.
- Assist with additional projects and tasks as directed by leadership.
- Years of Experience: Minimum 1+ years of overall experience in administrative or operations-related roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (any field).
- Work Location: 100% Onsite availability is mandatory.
- Disqualifier: Candidates who are unable to work fully onsite will not be considered.
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel for data management, Word, Teams, OneNote).
- 1+ years of experience building out and documenting processes (preferably in OneNote).
- 1+ years of experience working in high-volume operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- High GPA (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize work effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Sense of urgency and ability to navigate complex or ambiguous situations
- Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs when necessary
- Ability to consistently meet daily/weekly/monthly processing deadlines
- Quality and accuracy of administrative tasks and reporting
- Productivity in routine tasks and responsiveness to urgent escalations
- Positive feedback from team members and stakeholders
