Responsibilities
- Administrative duties within an industrial production manufacturing environment.
- Advanced computer knowledge.
- Will train on the company’s specific application.
- Enter, verify, audit, change, and close orders into the computer database.
- Verify customer information including quantity of items and item pricing.
- Understanding of purchase orders and vendors.
- Excellent communication via email, , in person, and phone.
- Shipping knowledge for customer shipments as needed – backup to the shipping clerk.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable entries into the computer.
- Attention to detail regarding customer purchase orders.
- Good organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information.
- The work environment is an office setting and will periodically work within the production floor when necessary to count pallets and other items.
