- 40 Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:00pm (On-site)
- This is a temp-to-hire position with the opportunity to convert to a permanent position after 3 months.

- Deliver high-quality customer service by managing daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff throughout the building.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors, offering professional assistance and addressing inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and order office, medical, and maintenance supplies to ensure the facility remains well-stocked and fully functional.

- Provide administrative support to various teams, including accurate data entry, updating internal databases, preparing presentations, scheduling conference rooms, and assisting with program logistics as needed.
- Support multiple departments with ad hoc tasks, special projects, and general administrative needs as assigned.
- Exercise sound judgment and maintain a solution-oriented approach when handling a variety of administrative and operational situations.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Maintain flexibility and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and coordinate with service providers for timely repairs or servicing.
- Assist in the communication and enforcement of office policies and procedures to support a consistent and professional workplace.
- Support safety initiatives by assisting with emergency preparedness and evacuation protocols as directed.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support the overall efficiency and mission of the organization
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of comparable experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a human services or nonprofit setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook), along with comfort using general office technology and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office setting, are essential.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Reliability with regular and predictable attendance, essential for supporting daily operations and team coordination.
- Must be exceptionally organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage office responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, even when faced with frequent interruptions.
- Valid Driver’s License in good standing with a minimum of one year of driving experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
