Responsibilities
- Prepares and distributes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required.
- Schedules and supports preparation for meetings, conferences, programs and/or special events.| May compile and enter information from a variety of sources into computer database(s), verify data, identify issues and research or correct as appropriate.
- Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls and handles general inquiries.
- Establishes and maintains filing systems. Orders and stocks supplies.
- GED/HS Diploma
- 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
- Candidate should be HIGHLY knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Applications, able to manage ongoing tasks without prompting, demonstrated strengths related to taking initiative, organization, and communication.
