Barnes-Jewish Hospital has an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to the Radiology Executive Director and an additional departmental leader within the healthcare imaging organization. This role serves as a key partner in ensuring efficient department operations through meeting coordination, communication, and administrative management. Ideal candidates should have experience working with MS Office and be able to anticpate needs, and managing competing priorities On-site position with some potential for remote work. Occasional travel to BJH- West County as needed

You will be working with an organization on the leading edge of diagnostic radiology. In fact, our radiology department is regarded as one of the top five in the United States, and performs over 453,000 diagnostic imaging examinations annually.

Role Purpose

Provides administrative support to the department(s) as assigned. Additionally, the role coordinates special/specific projects and programs as per department management.


Responsibilities
  • Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed.
  • Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.
  • Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence.
  • Provides support to office assistants as assigned.
Minimum Requirements Education
  • High School Diploma or GED
Experience
  • 2-5 years
Supervisor Experience
  • No Experience
Preferred Requirements Education
  • Bachelor's Degree
