Location: Tallahassee, FL 32399 (100% Onsite from Day 1)

Duration: 6 Months (With a High Possible Extension)

Job Description

Providing administrative support to the chief

Assist with daily administrative operations as directed by the customer.

Answer and re-direct calls on a multi-line phone system as directed by the customer.

Sort and distribute (internal and external) mail as directed by the customer.

Greet and assist visitors in finding the correct destination as directed by the customer

Ensures compliance with customer policies and procedures.

Assists the chief in coordinating daily operational functions within the division.

Coordinates, reviews, edits, and formats outgoing correspondence.

Drafts, formats, and completes routine memos and letter within established timeframes.

Coordinates travel arrangements, prepares itineraries, prepares, and submits trave reimbursements for the CMS Plan staff.

Coordinates meeting, including the scheduling of meeting rooms, preparation of agendas, materials.

Coordinates and makes arrangements pertaining to conferences calls.
