Admissions Process Management
- Oversee and review the admissions referrals, documentation, and the onboarding of new residents.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to determine the facility’s ability to meet the needs of prospective residents.
- Ensure that all admission paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in admissions within a long-term care setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources and families.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
