Position Details

• Reports to: National Director of Alumni
• Schedule: Full-time, schedule to be discussed during interview
• Location: On-stie presence required in Cathedral City, CA
• Compensation: $70,000 - $72,000 Salary
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to Banyan alumni via phone, text, email, and social media to provide ongoing support, address concerns, and maintain engagement.
• Facilitate alumni groups, chapter meetings, discharge follow-ups, and sober community events to promote continued recovery.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, admissions, and family services to support alumni needs and re-admission processes when necessary.
• Manage the Alumni social media page and maintain communication platforms such as bulletin boards and assignment boards.
• Coordinate and build relationships with vendors to plan and execute alumni events in partnership with directors.
• Accurately document all alumni interactions in the CRM and report critical updates to the National Director.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Personal experience in recovery, preferred.
• Professional experience in substance abuse and mental health field and/or sales, preferred.
• Experience with KIPU and Salesforce, preferred.
