Who We’re Looking For

Toyota’s Service Parts & Accessories Department (SPAD) is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Analyst Project Management.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the development of Toyota and Lexus accessories within a defined timeframe, with a focus managing timeline activities to assure on-time launch of programs.

Reporting to the SPAD Project Management Manager, the person in this role will support the Service Parts & Accessories department's objective to launch accessory and OE component parts 100% on-time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Scope Management – Lead development teams in development program development
  • Time Management – Develop timelines based on deliverables in various templates
  • Project Tracking - Manage and run team meetings as needed to maintain development schedule
  • Update timeline activities within Microsoft Project and distribute with team minutes to group and management
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate SPAD management when necessary to maintain program schedule

What You Bring

  • Progressive broad-based professional / business experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project as well of Microsoft Office software
  • Strong analysis, problem solving and decision- making ability
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Proficiency with MS Office software including MS Project
  • Project management experience working on complex and highly integrated development projects.
  • Proficiency utilizing data warehouse system(s) (for example: PWA Project Web Application)

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Minimum 2-3 years knowledge of Automotive Development process
  • Expertise in Project Management tools, methodology and systems
