Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule appointments for clients or customers
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure effective appointment scheduling
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide relevant information
  • Maintain and update appointment calendars
  • Ensure efficient utilization of time slots
  • Provide exceptional customer service during appointment scheduling
  • Handle appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests

Required Qualifications
