Your Responsibilities
We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager (preferably with construction/installation/trades experience) who has an entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic! This role will assist the Branch Manager in managing the P&L and the entire operation to include: human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections.

Physical Requirements
Work is performed both in office environment and field operations environments which may require standing, walking on uneven ground (construction sites) bending, lifting under 25 lbs., periodically. Traveling and drive time between locations and job sites.

- Assist Operations teams through local leaders who deliver results through low costs and high efficiency while working safely.
- Manage Processes/Compliance: Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement and Sales & Marketing.
- Achieve operational goals/metrics.
- Provide on the job training through self or others.
- Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license will be required.
- 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).
- Full P&L experience.
- Bi-lingual- English/Spanish (preferred).
