Description

• Support the Project Manager in the overall delivery of a $60M multifamily podium project.
• Assist with subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract administration.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.
• Coordinate with ownership, consultants, architects, and field teams.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes.
• Help ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.
• Support project closeout and turnover activities.

Profile

• Experience on multifamily, mixed-use, podium, wrap, or large commercial projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and project administration processes.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Job Offer
