Description
- Support the Project Manager in the overall delivery of a $60M multifamily podium project.
- Assist with subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract administration.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Track project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.
- Coordinate with ownership, consultants, architects, and field teams.
- Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes.
- Help ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.
- Support project closeout and turnover activities.
Profile
- Experience on multifamily, mixed-use, podium, wrap, or large commercial projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction documents and project administration processes.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Job Offer
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
