Assistant Project Manager-Construction The Assistant Project Manager

reports directly to the Project Manager and supports the PM over the

course of a project. Responsibilities include: Pre-Project Set-up before

start of project(s) Submittal Register and Logs. Assist PM in developing

project schedule and prepare progress reports as needed Assist with

obtaining all permits necessary for project Develop and maintain a

consistent schedule of construction meetings and ensure attendance of

all stakeholders Assist with reviewing all submittals for accuracy and

compliance Monitor budget excess, vendor invoicing and proposed changes

and changes Maintain project logs and other documents as necessary
