Reporting to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Event Management, the Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Event Management will coordinate the maintenance of all athletic facilities.
This position requires evening and weekend hours.

Reporting to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Event Management, the Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Event Management will coordinate the maintenance of all athletic facilities.
This position requires evening and weekend hours.
Essential Functions
- Coordinates the set up and break down of all intercollegiate practices and home games.
- Serves as Event Manager for selected home intercollegiate events, and assists the Assistant Athletic Director with football, men’s & women’s basketball home games.
- Maintains all athletic facilities and grounds in an organized, clean environment.
- Acts as liaison to selected University departments such as University Facilities and Grounds, and the Custodial department.
- Assists with athletic capital improvement projects as needed.
- Complies with all NCAA, Conference and University rules and regulations.

- Operates University-owned or leased vehicles to transport students, staff, and/or equipment in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and insurance requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High level organizational skills.
- Demonstrated commitment and motivation to building a successful program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Successful candidates should have a knowledge of and commitment to the goals of Jesuit Education.
- Experience managing athletic facility operations and/or event management in a collegiate environment.
- Experience with Daktronics scoreboard equipment.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Maximum Starting Salary: $80,900
