Your Role And Responsibilities
An Associate Creative Director, Art Director within the Studio serves as a creative leader for IBM. As part of the Studio, the ACD will develop and execute innovative creative concepts. With a clear passion and expertise in art direction, this individual will inspire others through their creativity, strategic thinking, and work ethic. This Associate Creative Director will be paired with an Associate Creative Director, Copywriter that will also sit in the Austin, TX office. Together the team will be tasked with owning the day-to-day responsibilities from the conceptual stage through execution.

- Ensure creative ideas are clearly aligned to hit the brief and the brand’s objective.
- Generate new ideas, while keeping an eye on establishing and maintaining standards.
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking.
- Deep knowledge of digital trends, social platforms, innovation and technology.
- Communication with stakeholders about concepts, principles, technical criteria and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years design direction and creative leadership experience.
- Applications: Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Highly proficient), MS Office, Keynote, Github.
