Morgan Stanley Services Group Inc. seeks an Associate, Java Developer in Alpharetta, Georgia
Analyze complex information and design, develop and troubleshoot applications. Review functional requirements and prepare technical documents. Develop new software, gather requirements from the business, and implement fixes and enhancements. Troubleshoot application issues in production, quality assurance, and other environments. Create highly optimized, scalable, and distributed software. Deliver modular code along with automated tests. Release and maintain codes as well as address production issues.
Salary: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $145,000 and $145,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the position offered or four (4) years as a Software Engineer; Application Developer; or related occupation in the technology field. Requires four (4) years of experience with: Java 1.8; Spring Core; Spring Boot; Spring MVC; JUnit 4.0; JavaScript; HTML; CSS; Bootstrap; Angular.Js; Angular 6; Soap; Rest; MySQL 5.2; SQL; Oracle 10g; Log4j; DB2; Maven 3.2.5; Jenkins; Eclipse; Intellij IDE; Visual Studio Code; Spring Tool Suite; Jira; Remedy; Kubernetes; Docker; Git; Gitflow; Docker; Kibana; and AWS (Amazon web services) Cloud.
