ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER, CLINCAL DEVELOPMENT OPERATIONS
Summary
The Associate Project Manager (Associate PM), Clinical Development Operations (ClinDevOps) is responsible for maintaining timelines to ensure data deliverables are provided on time for key departmental activities. The Associate PM, ClinDevOps maintains excel spreadsheets and performs periodic reviews and reconciliations to maintain dashboarding capabilities. The role supports user access by maintaining corresponding matrices. The role also supports senior colleagues with various initiatives. This role reports into the Assistant Director Project Manager, ClinDevOps.

Core Responsibilities
- Maintains timelines for key activities such as database lock (DBL) and electronic database (EDC) development.
- Maintain and develop excel spreadsheet trackers that support dashboarding capabilities.
- Perform specified periodic reviews and reconciliations that are needed to maintain dashboarding capabilities.
- Support user access matrices for key software implementations.
- Support team members as needed with implementation and tracking of key departmental initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Flexible to changing priorities.
- Strong and positive work ethic.
- BA or BS degree.
- Strong planning and tracking skills, well-organized, focused on results, capable of managing multiple projects with respect to priorities and self-management.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
