What You'll Do

  • Help and Support: Provide top-notch phone, email, and chat support to our EHR community.
  • Be the Expert: Teach doctors and their staff how to use our platform like pros.
  • Keep Customers Happy: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with quick and accurate responses.
  • Drive Change: Be a champion of change management for both internal and external customers.
  • Document Everything: Manage customer interactions in our Salesforce CRM system.
  • Contribute to Big Ideas: Support leadership and contribute to key business initiatives.
  • Spread the Love: Be an ambassador for our culture and create promoters and evangelists for Practice Fusion.
  • Improve and Innovate: Identify trends and offer feedback to enhance our systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Remote Ready: Capable of working from home.
  • Flexible Hours: Can work 11:00am-8:00pm EST.

Bonus Points

  • Degree Holder: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Experience: Previous customer service and call center experience.
