Responsibilities
Anderson Legal is excited to be looking for an NC licensed attorney with 2-5 years experience. We are a Triangle-based litigation law firm focusing on construction law, real estate disputes, and business disputes. Candidate must have experience drafting pleadings and discovery, taking depositions, and appearing in court. In addition, the candidate should also be an effective legal researcher and strong legal writer. The candidate must be passionate about helping Triangle businesses.
Anderson Legal seeks to promote a supportive and collaborative culture where attorneys and staff are committed to zealously advocating for their clients.
A typical day would include meeting with the managing attorney, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, drafting discovery, drafting briefs and memos. Court appearances and travel within NC will be required, volume of travel will be dependent on location of caseload. Anderson Legal attorneys are welcome to work remotely.
Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications
Juris Doctorate Degree
NC Bar Licensed
2-5 years experience in civil litigation
Excellent legal writing and research skills
Willingness to work remotely
Willingness to travel within North Carolina
