Located steps away from our hotel a AAA Four Diamond Hotel and ranked a "Top Hotel In Texas" by Conde' Nast, POV is known to our guests and locals for our staff friendliness. Serve food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner. Provide an excellent experience for our guests.

Requirements

• Smile, have eye contact any greet guests immediately
• Take orders for and prepare beverage requests
• Clean/sanitize work area, utensils and equipment.
• Have complete knowledge of POV menu, as well as the hotel function spaces, guest rooms, outlets and services
• Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the POV Supervisor and/or Manager.
• Take every opportunity to amaze the guests using Customer Service Standards
• Handle special requests properly; anticipate guest’s needs
• Promptly respond and resolve guest complaints
• Be friendly, thorough, accurate and efficient in taking and preparing orders
• Use guests’ names
• Actively ask for feedback from guests
• Be knowledgeable and helpful about the local area.
