Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA therapy programs.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and therapists.
- Conduct assessments and create behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with families to set goals and monitor progress.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification in Texas.
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Compassionate and family-centered approach. Reliable and Committed: Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent schedules and fulfill shift commitments.
- Dependability: Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
