We are seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and fluent in both English and Spanish. This role involves interacting with clients, managing office communications, and supporting internal staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

Greet and assist clients and visitors in both English and Spanish

Manage filing systems, data entry, and general office duties

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Support various departments with administrative tasks

Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years administrative or clerical experience

Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish) – Required

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Dependable and able to maintain confidentiality
