Branch Manager - $260+ OTE 1st Year! - #251195

We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our Palatine, IL office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team development, sales management, and operations within the roofing, windows, and siding industry (preferred but not required). This in-office position requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for driving results, and a commitment to maintaining and enhancing company culture.

Key Responsibilities

TEAM DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH

• Oversee, Support Sales Managers utilizing and enforcing the framework for an effective manager outline.
  
  

DRIVE FINANCIAL RESULTS

• Oversee/support/track estimating department.
• Job Orders
• Reinspections
• Final invoicing.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets through Sales Managers.
• Track KPI across the sales teams and ensure the Job Central app is being updated so we have accurate job information.
• Ensure jobs get ordered as quickly as possible after reps submission.
• Oversee collections of progress and final invoicing.
  

Advance Company Culture

• Work with Sales Managers to develop ongoing training content shared at biweekly sales meetings.
• Host frequent meet ups with sales team during the week and biweekly group events throughout season.
• Host larger team events on a bi-monthly basis.
• Work collaboratively with the production team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  
  

Reporting Company Performance

• Report weekly claim filing stats to goal for the month and year to ownership.
• Report weekly production stats to goal for the month and year to ownership.
• Report weekly recruiting stats to goal for the month and year to ownership.
• Report daily/weekly collection updates that include monies received
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leadership experience in team management and coaching.
• Proven success in sales and meeting financial targets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive team culture.
• Willingness to work in-office full-time.
• Proven track record of driving results, leading a team and producing results
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Salary: $100,000/year + bonus ($260k+ OTE 1st Year)
• 100% company-paid health care premium for the employee.
