Hilton Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte is seeking energetic and outgoing individuals who have a passion for customer service to join our team as a Breakfast Attendant. You must be willing to work early mornings and weekends.

You would be responsible for accommodating our dining guests while circulating the room; Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for delivering products of the highest quality in terms of freshness, taste and adhering to all food safety guidelines.
• Clean / bus tables.
• Ensure buffet is kept clean during breakfast service
• Ensure buffet is fully stocked.
• Provide superior guest service, while ensuring all tables and food areas are kept clean and dining area maintained while guests are enjoying their meal.

Job Requirements:

• Morning and Weekend Availability
• Previous hospitality or food service experience is highly desirable.
• MUST be friendly, outgoing, and willing to engage guests in conversation.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
• Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must.
• Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary, up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, squat, and bend for an extended period of time.
• Ability to handle comments and suggestions.
• ServSafe certified a plus.
