Position Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst based in the Las Vegas/Henderson area who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. This onsite role is ideal for someone with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for operational improvement. What You’ll Do (essential Job Duties And Responsibilities)

• Conduct gap analyses to assess current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Perform root cause analyses to diagnose operational challenges and develop sustainable solutions.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, workflows, and process improvements.
• Develop process maps, functional documentation, and impact assessments to drive clarity and alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations and streamline workflows.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, process reviews, and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure alignment on business needs.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives, ensuring scalable and efficient operations.
  
  
  

WHO YOU ARE (MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS)

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• At least three years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Proven expertise in business process analysis, gap analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Strong ability to document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
  
  

WORK AND ELIGIBILITY LOCATION REQUIREMENT

This is a full-time, onsite role in Henderson, Nevada. We are only considering candidates currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Preference will be given to local candidates or those planning to relocate independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• High priority for candidates with process manufacturing experience, particularly in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or food production.
• Experience in data analysis, operational reporting, and business intelligence.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Lean Six Sigma.
