Business Coordinator Responsibilities

As the face and voice of our dental practice, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding service at every touchpoint. Your key responsibilities include:

Go above and beyond to deliver the myDental Experience for every patient
Greet patients warmly and manage all front-office communications
Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize patient flow and provider time
Verify dental insurance benefits and coordinate financial arrangements
Collect co-payments and maintain accurate patient account records
Support treatment planning and case presentation coordination
Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records and files
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless care
Handle phone calls and emails with clarity, professionalism, and empathy
Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture and uphold myDental’s core values

Qualifications & Skills

1+ year of customer services or sales experience (dental or medical preferred)
Experience with Dentrix Practice Management software a plus
Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) strongly preferred
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills ‘ upbeat and friendly tone
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
High school diploma or equivalent required
Professional appearance and demeanor
Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a team setting
Passion for helping others and delivering an excellent patient experience
