Key Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods (in teams)
- Engage homeowners in positive, informative conversations
- Set appointments for our in-home consultation team
- Represent Ameritech Windows with energy, professionalism, and confidence
- Meet daily/weekly appointment and performance goals
- Guaranteed base pay + aggressive commission structure
- Uncapped earning potential
