What You'll Do

• Supervise all staff (Brand Ambassadors, Bartenders, Catering Staff, etc.)
• Manage and motivate team at events
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success
• Coordinate all event operations
• Responsible for ensuring every single guest has a great time
• Approve all aspects before the day of the event
• Analyze the event's success and prepare reports
• Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
• Attend all events you oversee

What You'll Bring

• 2+ year of industry experience, minimum 6 months management experience (Manager, Supervisor, Captain, Lead)
• A knack for problem-solving
• Required to meet uniform standards
• Customer-service orientation
• A team player with leadership skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Skilled in hospitality and customer service
