Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in our vehicle acquisition center, where they will be responsible for following directions meticulously, conducting thorough research, and communicating effectively with guests who are looking to sell their vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Following Directions: The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently. They will be responsible for adhering to our vehicle acquisition protocols and processes.
  • Research Skills: The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist will conduct comprehensive research to evaluate vehicle valuations, market trends, and other factors that impact the vehicle acquisition process.
  • Communication: Effective communication is key in this role. The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist will communicate with guests who are looking to sell their vehicles, providing them with clear and accurate information about our vehicle acquisition process and answering any questions they may have. Effectively communicating with other members of our team is vital in acquiring the right vehicles.
  • Customer Experience: Above all, the Vehicle Acquisition Specialist will prioritize creating a positive customer experience. They will ensure that guests feel valued and respected throughout the vehicle acquisition process.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently
  • Proficiency in conducting online research
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required
