Key Responsibilities
- Perform framing using metal studs for walls, ceilings, and partitions
- Install drywall and acoustic ceilings to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision and care
- Operate hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all OSHA and Glenmark safety protocols and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Assist in the transport and setup of materials and equipment as needed
- Proven carpentry experience in commercial drywall construction
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Willingness to learn Glenmark's methods and standards
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform strenuous labor
