Looking for Class A drivers that have flatbed experience and those that need training in flatbed securement. Drivers get home every weekend while averaging $1400-$1600/WK along with full benefits while having a rider and a pet with you at no charge.

  • Whether you are experienced or a flatbed trainee, all drivers start at 27% of the load. Drivers average $1450-$1600/WK and while we are an OTR company, drivers generally run the five states around their domicle location.
  • Drivers will run Mon-Fri/Sat and get a minimum of 34 hours for your rest every week.
  • Full benefits start on the first of the month after 30 days. Benefits include medical, dental, 401K, and much more
  • If you would like to bring your pet and rider they are welcome at no charge from day one (unless you go through training then once you get your truck they are welcome)
  • Experienced Drivers: If you qualify as an experienced flatbed driver (see below) and have five jobs or less in the last 3 years, there is a $5000 bonus that is paid $1500 upon your first load dropped, $1500 at 180 days and $2000 at one year
  • Trucks no more than three years old and are assigned to driver. Currently have Cascadias and T680s and all are automatic. Trucks are assigned to driver and may be taken home.

REQUIREMENTS

  • To qualify as an experienced flatbed driver you must have either

o One full year of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in any type of trailer 48’or longer along with 6 months of that being verifiable Class A regional or OTR flatbed in the last three years

o 9 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional Flatbed experience in the last three years

  • To qualify to train to learn flatbed you must have one full year of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years.
  • No more than 6 Class A driving jobs in the last three years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years. If have a major moving violation may not have any other moving violations in the last 3 years
  • May have one DOT Preventable Recordable accident in the year as long as no fatality or injury
  • May not have been terminated from most recent job for safety
  • No felonies in the last 7 years and may not have any pending charges
  • No misdemeanors in the last 3 years
  • CAN NEVER HAVE FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG TEST IN YOUR LIFETIME EVEN IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED SAP
