As our Central Supply and Medical Records Director you are instrumental in ensuring our residents’ medical records are accurate and up to date and ensuring our residents and staff have the equipment they need. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Arrowhead by ordering and appropriately stocking the facility with supplies, securely and confidentially maintaining health records of our residents, handling requests for residents of medical records and ensuring resident medical records are given to authorized personnel internally and externally. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, one (1) year of experience in a Central Supply or similar role and two (2) years of experience in an administrative or recordkeeping role. Prior experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
