The Mom Project is excited to support our customer, a technology-enabled legal services company, with their search for a full time Chief of Staff to join their team!

About The Role
The Chief of Staff is part strategist, part project manager, part communication guru, and part trusted advisor. They make sure the CEO can focus on the big picture by handling the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps everything moving smoothly.

Strategic Execution & CEO Support
The ideal candidate will be Boca Raton based and able to be on-site 3x/week, but we will consider Miami area candidates who can be on-site 1x/week, the team will also consider remote candidates who can come to the office 1x/month.
Compensation And Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and variable compensation. The salary for U.S.-based employees in this role will be within the range listed below. Compensation is determined by various factors, including experience, location, and performance. This position is also eligible for variable compensation based on individual and company performance.
Salary Range
$120,000 to $150,000 USD Annually

Strategic Execution & CEO Support
- Help drive the CEO’s top priorities and company-wide initiatives forward with clarity and momentum
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions and ensure effective follow-through on goals and execution
- Independently run with special projects that align with the CEO’s vision—owning planning, coordination, and delivery
- Act as a gatekeeper and thought partner
- Filter incoming requests, prioritize the CEO’s time, and ensure focus on what matters most
- Ensure the executive team is always looking ahead
- Maintain a strategic calendar of company milestones, leadership meetings, events, and key deliverables
- Keep the CEO organized by managing agendas
- Prep for meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure decisions are implemented
- Act as a cross-functional connector—working with teams across departments to break silos and move projects forward
- Take charge of recurring meetings (e.g., weekly exec team syncs), setting agendas, tracking decisions, and ensuring follow-through
- Draft internal and external communications, decks, talking points, and reports for the CEO
- Sit in on key meetings when needed and provide clear summaries, follow-ups, and insights
- Ensure consistent messaging and tone across company-wide communications and executive updates
- Build executive presentations, briefings, and prep materials with speed and polish
- Work closely with several members of the executive team on cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to foster trust and collaboration across the company
- Occasionally act as a proxy for the CEO in meetings or communication threads
- Step in as an office manager when needed, overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth operation
- Manage office needs, including kitchen/lunch stocking, supplies, maintenance, and light administrative duties
- Plan and coordinate conferences, client events, and off-site meetings - handling logistics, travel, materials, and execution
- Support in-person team moments and rituals that bring people together and reinforce company culture
- Work independently with minimal direction

- Synthesize data, qualitative insights, and business context into smart, practical strategies and decision-making support
- Conduct competitive research within the legal tech space
- Research market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and keep the company ahead of industry trends
- Help to plan leadership offsites, manage internal communications, and support conference efforts
- Assist in closing operational gaps
