As a Civil Engineering Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you’ll be an integral member of our dynamic and growing team working on a variety of civil engineering projects for our private and public sector clients. On land development projects you will be involved in all phases of the work, including planning, design, management, and construction administration and will work with an established team of professionals to solve problems, reduce risk and costs, optimize performance, and satisfy client needs.
You will work with a wide range of clients in markets such as commercial real estate, institutional, manufacturing/industrial, renewable energy, as well as other markets. Working with other managers and junior engineers, you will assist in developing and reviewing all design aspects of projects including site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities. Interacting with clients, contractors, local government officials; you’ll impact the whole project - from conceptual and design phases, through the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction.

The posting range for this position is between $84,456 - $154,494 based on experience and location (in addition, CEC offers overtime pay and other great benefits).

- 8+ years’ experience;
- B.S. in Civil Engineering;
- Professional Engineering License (P.E.) preferred;
- Ability to develop and mentor staff;
- Ability to develope and provide technical review of Civil Engineering deliverable;
- Ability to prepare proposals and manage project execution;
- Ability to interface with clients, network, and develop business;
- Ability to use AutoCAD Civil 3D for layout, grading, and pipe design.
