- Prepare and edit reports related to property insurance claims

- Support emergency call center activity (rotational support)
- Track documentation, timelines, and records to ensure claim accuracy
- Collaborate across departments and with third-party vendors to keep claims moving efficiently
- 3 or more years of experience in property restoration, adjusting, mitigation, or insurance service support
- Familiarity with Xactimate and/or Symbility
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- A degree is preferred, but equivalent experience in the field is highly valued
- Willingness to work onsite in Cary, NC several days per week as required
