Who We’re Looking For

You're a licensed healthcare professional who enjoys solving problems, educating others, and collaborating across teams. You have a strong clinical foundation, understand medical products and patient care, and are excited to apply your expertise beyond direct patient care. Whether you're a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Speech Therapist, you'll thrive in a role that combines clinical knowledge, product expertise, customer engagement, and strategic collaboration.

Candidates must reside within the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones and be willing to travel up to 50% as needed.

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Liaison, you'll serve as the connection between clinical best practices, product excellence, vendor partnerships, and customer success. You'll help ensure that the products and solutions Pisces Healthcare provides meet the needs of VA clinicians, patients, and healthcare facilities while supporting internal teams with your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Customer Relations teams on clinically appropriate products and VA-specific healthcare needs.
  • Research and recommend alternatives for discontinued, unavailable, or under-review products while coordinating with vendors regarding specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Respond to clinical product inquiries and provide product education and guidance to customers, internal teams, and Veterans.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and e-commerce teams to maintain clinically accurate website content, product descriptions, pricing, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding, relationship management, and participation in vendor meetings regarding product updates and new opportunities.
  • Lead and support special projects involving product transitions, category expansions, product analytics, and data quality initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver product training programs for sales teams through virtual and in-person educational sessions.
  • Stay current on VA requirements, healthcare trends, and clinical regulations to ensure compliance and product relevance.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives involving inventory alignment, warehouse coordination, and operational improvement efforts.
  • Participate in clinical conferences, trade shows, vendor events, and VA-related networking opportunities to strengthen partnerships and support business development initiatives.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Degree from an accredited healthcare program.
  • Current professional licensure in one of the following:
    • Registered Nurse (RN)
    • Occupational Therapist (OT)
    • Physical Therapist (PT)
    • Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience required.
  • Acute care and/or rehabilitation experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medical equipment, supplies, and healthcare delivery environments.
  • Experience collaborating with physicians, healthcare organizations, and insurance providers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to educate, influence, and collaborate with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.

Physical Requirements

  • Extended periods of sitting and computer use
  • Ability to travel regularly for meetings, conferences, trainings, and customer engagements
  • Ability to lift, transport, and set up demonstration equipment and event materials weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to safely travel by air and automobile as required
