The Registered Nurse provides patient-centered care tailored to the specific age group, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality nursing practices aligned with unit standards and organizational goals.

  • Must have an accredited RN program graduation and current RN license (state or compact).
  • Requires BLS certification within 2 weeks of hire and other certifications within 6 months.
  • Possesses current knowledge of care practices, effective communication skills, and sensitivity to patient rights.
  • Works under the supervision of a Patient Care Director or Manager in a clean, ventilated environment, handling emergency situations and physical demands, including standing, lifting, and maneuvering patients and equipment.
