Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year
Contract type: Full time
Remote

Antelope Recovery is seeking a Clinical Supervisor who is passionate about adolescent mental health and committed to transforming how care is delivered. As a remote-first, mission-driven startup, we combine cutting-edge virtual programming with high-touch clinical care. We're looking for a relational, reflective, and growth-oriented leader ready to support a multidisciplinary team of therapists serving adolescents in intensive outpatient care.

About The Role

As Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee a caseload of therapists delivering virtual IOP services to adolescents. You will provide clinical supervision, lead reflective practice and case consults, uphold program fidelity, and partner with leadership to co-develop training, workflows, and quality assurance systems. This role is ideal for a clinician who brings deep emotional intelligence, strong supervisory experience, and a readiness to lead in a fast-paced, startup environment.

You'll be both a mentor and a collaborator—helping clinicians grow their craft while reinforcing clinical excellence and operational clarity. This is a dynamic role requiring a mix of structured leadership and flexibility. You will directly support the development of our therapists while shaping the systems that support Antelope's broader clinical mission.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed therapists in accordance with state licensure standards.
  • Support therapist onboarding, ongoing development, and case consultation.
  • Lead weekly clinical meetings and reflective practice forums.
  • Uphold and model trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and developmentally attuned care.
  • Monitor and ensure clinical quality, documentation compliance, and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Support therapists in managing clinical risk, group dynamics, and challenging cases.
  • Co-create and refine clinical programming, curricula, and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, admissions, and leadership to ensure continuity of care and a strong team culture.
  • Maintain a small caseload of individual or group clients to stay grounded in direct practice (optional or as needed).

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
  • Independent licensure in Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
  • Approved Clinical Supervisor status (or eligible to supervise in Colorado).
  • At least 3 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adolescents.
  • Previous experience supervising therapists or leading clinical teams.
  • Availability in the evenings to align with adolescent/family schedules.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and contribute to building systems from the ground up.

Why Join Antelope Recovery?

We're a Colorado-based startup reshaping how mental health care is delivered to teens—especially those in rural and underserved areas. We are lean, creative, and relentless in our pursuit of better outcomes for youth and families. If you're looking to lead with heart and help build something that matters, we'd love to meet you.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary, based on experience and caseload (85k-95k/year)
  • Incentive and bonus opportunities
  • Full health benefits and 401(k)
  • Flexible, remote-first work culture
  • Deep investment in your professional growth and leadership development
