- Develops and modifies treatment and continuing care plans; provides case management and discharge summaries.
- Offers crisis management and interacts with referral sources to coordinate services.
- Participates in ongoing education, supervision, and clinical reviews.
- Ensures compliance with payer requirements through documentation and reviews.
- Serves as a resource through community presentations and consultation.
- Mentors interns and students, adheres to ethical standards, and performs additional duties as assigned.
- Requires a Master’s degree in counseling or related field, 1-2 years supervised experience, and relevant licensure preferred.
- This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits, with in-person work on an 8-hour shift.
