The ideal candidate will target facilities and hospitals in our franchise territory selling restoration services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients in the Baton Rouge area.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the restoration and mitigation industry.
- Conduct on-site assessments and provide tailored restoration solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to enhance visibility.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
