Position Overview:A Communications Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring consistent messaging both internally and externally. This position supports the development, coordination, and implementation of communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, employee engagement, and public awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and distribute internal and external communications materials
Coordinate the creation of press releases, newsletters, email campaigns, and presentations
Support social and digital communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand voice
Collaborate with design, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure consistent messaging
Track communication metrics and prepare performance reports
Assist in planning and promoting events and campaigns
Maintain and update media contact lists and databases
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
1-2 years of experience in a communications or marketing role (agency experience is a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
Collaborative mindset and a passion for creative storytelling
