This role will initially be worked in the office three days per week, two from home. At some point and time in 2027 (Spring to Summer) will revert to five days in the office.
EXPECTED WORK AND PERFORMANCE
Required
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances.
Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.

EXPECTED WORK AND PERFORMANCE
- Coordinate the comprehensive review of communications materials while working closely with multiple internal departments.
- Manage the review process for content from various sources to ensure it remains efficient, consistent and effective across all communication channels.
- Oversee assigned review workflows to ensure accuracy, clarity, tone and timeliness.
- Conduct thorough fact checking to verify accuracy of information and messaging.
- Review content to ensure it resonates with the intended target audience, includes appropriate product language, contains clear calls to action, aligns with branding standards and maintains consistency across related project materials.
- Review and edit a variety of print and digital communications to ensure products and services are communicated accurately and materials positively represent our companies and brands.
- Develop and implement review process best practices to be shared with agents, clients and internal teams to help ensure brands, products, services and partner materials are consistently represented with professionalism and accuracy.
- Assist with other communications initiatives as needed, including content development, public relations awareness campaigns, award submissions, speaking engagement proposals and other communications projects.
- Produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting short-term and long-term deadlines.
- Performance will be measured by the completeness, timeliness and quality of content reviews and communications initiatives, along with demonstrated collaboration with team members and consistent professionalism.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications or a related field
- A strong command of writing and editing practices and a familiarity with Associated Press Stylebook guidelines and preferred style
- An eye for detail and strong grammar, spelling and language skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro for PDF editing and document review
- Familiarity with project management tools like WorkZone or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to improve clarity, tone and messaging
- Strong editing, proofreading and fact-checking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to review content for accuracy, consistency, grammar, style and alignment with brand standards
- Strong understanding of audience-focused communication and ability to evaluate messaging effectiveness
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills when evaluating content
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide constructive, professional feedback
- Commitment to maintaining consistency across communications, including messaging, tone, formatting and branding
