COMMUNITY ADMINISTRATOR - Homecoming at The Preserve in Chino, CA

About your new career:
As our new Community Administrator, you will work with the Community Director, Business Manager, Leasing Manager, and other onsite staff to provide a variety of services to current and potential residents.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
The hours are 9:00am-6:00pm and the days off are Wednesday and Thursday. A valid drivers license is preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
In addition to a competitive starting hourly salary of $24.50/hour, Lewis offers a $650 allowance for you to purchase stylish work attire with $450 each subsequent year, $60 cell phone allowance, annual bonus and pay raise potential every year, a variety of medical and dental benefits plans, a 401K savings plan with company match, apartment discounts, paid holidays, vacation time, continued training, advancement potential and much more.

- Managing the resident services desk
- Administering monthly rent collection
- Posting rent, notices and following up on delinquencies
- Maintaining resident files
- Managing incoming mail/packages/resident deliveries
- Working alongside the maintenance and leasing staff
- Answering phones/email and handling resident inquiries/questions
- Being a part of the sales process, ready to tour potential residents and lease new homes at your community.
- Promoting an overall positive, proactive first and lasting impression of the community
